Become shareholders of the studio
MADIA Sarl, mother company of the project put shares of the Kiro’o Games project on sale in order to create the studio.
300 shares on the 1000 project's shares were put on sale at the end of 2013 and over 200 have already been sold to more than 45 shareholders. The profitability of a share is of 400 % by 2018 ending, due to our very low cost of production for an international video game studio targeting the big markets.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The term “share” in this document refers to a thousandth (1/1000) of the Capital of the Studio Kiro’o Games and not to stock exchange shares, hence their evaluation. These shares could eventually be transformed into “stock shares” on prorata basis and depending on the strategic choices of the Company that is being created.
A share is sold at 400 000 FCFA (that is 610€ or 771 USD) and the viability elements are available in the summary of our business plan.
